We have a number of events throughout the year at Mowbreck. The biggest event is the annual Mowbreck Beer Festival.
A great event for our adult members and supporters. All profit is ploughed back into the upkeep of the site.

All year long, Tony and Mike meet one day a week, usually  Thursday, to complete maintenance tasks that keep the site looking so well. If you want to be part of this working team then just ring Tony on 07773179144  and let us know!

Blackpool Cubs hold their Jack Lamb Competition every year and this has always been a huge event.

The annual Blackpool Beaver sleepover is a very successful camp each year with much fun and plenty of noise.

Every 3 or 4 years the scout car races are held in Blackpool and we have 2 or 3 visiting teams, from around the country, camping out at Mowbreck – which makes for a very interesting weekend.

Local Girl Guide groups from the Fylde district come along in huge numbers for their annual campfire.

Kirkham scouts and cubs hold many summer meetings at Mowbreck often completing service at the same time.

Some Blackpool groups  have already completed the challenge this year of  – plant  a tree at Mowbreck  – which was the bid for a grant  from Tesco “bags for help”

We have a new Mowbreck Committee which meets 3 or 4 times a year. If you think you might want to join us you will be welcomed.
